Our Guarantee

At Online Math Tutor LLC, we are confident that we will be able to provide you with a constructive positive learning environment. We strive to give each student a positive and encouraging educational experience. However, sometimes, this tutoring experience may fail to meet your expectations. 

If you feel unsatisfied with the tutoring services, (for whatever reason), your first hour of instruction is protected under our guarantee. This policy applies to your first session with a new tutor, and it cannot be used for any future sessions with a tutor past the first hour of instruction. Our guarantee is available to students who are in good standing with the TOS agreement.

If you feel unsatisfied, then we would like to hear from you. Please submit a refund request to Customer Service, and a representative will contact you to help you find a tutor who better fits your needs.
