At Online Math Tutor LLC, we understand that each student has different educational needs. Some students require regular sessions throughout the week, whereas some only need help occasionally. To accommodate these different needs, several discount tutoring packages are available with a processing fee of 5.0%. Processing fees are not included in applicable refunds. Please review the terms and conditions of each plan before enrolling. 

At Online Math Tutor, our main goal is to help you excel in your studies. To help keep your focus on your studies our payment options are automatic and hassle-free. Transactions are handled digitally with your private information encrypted and secured using SSL so that you may rest secure about your personal information. All payments will be treated with the utmost care. We accept PayPal, most major credit cards, and debit cards.

Tutoring sessions may only be scheduled for active accounts. Students with an inactive will not be permitted to join a lesson (even if one has been scheduled in advance). To activate your account, your Student Profile must be completed, and a valid payment option must be on file.

Your tutor will record the details of each session: the date, time, duration, and topics covered. You will be able to view these transcripts in your student account, along with any payments that may accrue. Please review the details of each record within 24 hours of the lesson to ensure the accuracy of these records. Any remaining lessons for accounts Paid In Full are forfeited at either the end of the term or if services are no longer required. In either event, refunds will not be provided. Classes are not transferable. Please notify your tutor to clarify the matter if there is a discrepancy in the records. If a payment dispute does arise, please send a detailed message to Customer Service within a week of the session, and a representative will review your claim. Claims submitted after a week will be reviewed, but there is no guarantee that a refund will be processed after one week.
